Early this morning, at 8:52 a.m., Firefighters received the notice for a rescue on the beach of Punta Estrella, in Teulada. A 15-year-old male had suffered a blow to the head after falling from a height of two meters when he was fishing with his father.
Due to the blow, the young man faints, although later he regains consciousness and is rescued, being traced, by the group of firefighters through a harness. The rescue operation has lasted until 10:15 am.
For this intervention, 4 firefighters from the Benissa park, 1 various rescue van, urban rural pump and 1 corporal have come.
