The Prosecutor's Office has requested a prison sentence of eleven years for a man accused of a continuous crime of sexual abuse of a minor, the daughter of his romantic partner. The events, which occurred between 2019 and 2020, involve the defendant who, maintaining a relationship with the victim's mother, would have initiated an approach towards the minor, then eleven years old.
According to the Public Ministry, the defendant would have gained the minor's trust to take advantage of the moments in which they were alone, subjecting her to hugs, kisses and touching. This situation continued for months until on August 8, 2020, he summoned the girl to her home in a municipality in the Marina Alta region, where he allegedly had sexual relations with her.
