The Benitatxell Local Police reported early in the morning of the traffic closure on the stretch of road on the CV-737, as stated by the town council, due to an accident that occurred right on the border between Benitatxell and Teulada Moraira. Two vehicles were involved in the event, a truck and a car with several occupants.
In the first instance, the intervention of Firefighters has been required to release one of the occupants who could be a minor, as revealed by the communication department of the Alicante Firefighters. However, in the end the action of the Provincial Consortium was not necessary, although they have helped the Benitatxell authorities, including the Civil Guard, with the coordination of traffic in the area.
An SVB ambulance and another from SAMU have assisted those affected by the impact, who have been evacuated by ambulance to the hospital in a conscious state.
