CREAMA once again launches the mixed employment and training program, called the Marina Alta XI Employment Workshop, aimed at improving the employability of the unemployed. This year the
number of participants to 30, which is promoted by the Department of Sustainable Economy, Productive Sectors, Trade and Labor through the General Directorate of LABORA Valencian Employment and Training Service, demonstrating the commitment and great work of the Labor Insertion Area of CREAM.
A total of 4 Certificates of Professionalism will be imparted, grouped into 3 specialties, Social and Health Care to dependent people, in the Training Center Cream Benissa, Marketing and Communication Management at the Creama Training Center Xàbia and Administration and Management in the Training Center
Pedreguer Cream.
Specialty: Social and Health Care
People in the area of care for dependents will be trained, carrying out internships in the publicly owned residences of the consortium municipalities and that will facilitate the obtaining of the official qualification and qualification that enables them to work in a sector with a growing demand in our region .
The support of the consortium City Councils for the development of these specialties is entirely convenient and essential to qualify and value the services that will be provided, since it participates in the objectives of economic development and quality job creation shared by all members. of the Consortium.
Specialty: Marketing and Communication Management
A specialty that will allow training people who can organize and define Marketing and communication plans of the business fabric, through training that allows the Merchant Portal of the 8 consortium municipalities to be energized, by incorporating the information of the proximity businesses to the portal municipal and that contributes to digitization and the promotion of E-commerce among companies in the territory.
Specialty: Administration and Management
Working people will be trained in administrative activities and planning and implementation of business area strategies and business initiatives. In this area, aspects such as the quality of employment and the entrepreneurial impulse from equal opportunities and sustainable economic development will be worked on, working in a transversal way with the entrepreneurial initiatives that may derive from the Xarxa Agrícola and Punt Náutic, among others.
