The new edition of the local promotion program for the creation and consolidation of companies "Ondara Activa" 2024, promoted by the Department of Economic Promotion and Commerce of Ondara (directed by Raquel Mengual), began last Monday, February 19 and will run until on March 4. With this new edition of "Ondara Activa", the Ondara City Council once again supports the training of entrepreneurs, business and commerce. "Ondara Activa" 2024 is thus consolidated as a global project aimed at local entrepreneurs that consists of various actions, including a tailored course for entrepreneurs; master class; and sessions with tutors, among other initiatives. The start of the course took place last Monday, February 19, and included the participation of the Councilor for Economic Promotion, Raquel Mengual, who presented the course and welcomed the 12 people participating this year in this training program.
"Ondara Activa 2024: create or consolidate your business" is a free training and mentoring service to develop the entrepreneurial project or consolidate a business with greater guarantees of success. These are workshops with specialized training in different business areas, personalized tutoring to better orient the business to the market, as well as providing information on aid and subsidies that best fit the specific needs of the project and/or company. It is being carried out at the Espai Català and participating companies. The program is divided into 4 phases/support areas:
1- TRAINING SESSIONS: In different business areas, marketing and sales, finance and financing, business strategy by professional experts with more than 20 years of experience. The training program is taught from February 19 to 23, Monday to Friday, from 16:00 p.m. to 20:30 p.m., at the Espai Català de Ondara. The teachers who teach the sessions are Pepe Crespo, Pedro Reig, Ana Sáez, Guillermo Salvador and Mª José Machado. The modules that will be taught are: Landing and focus; Business model, segmentation and structure; Economic and financial aspects; Legal forms, labor relations and taxation; and Go out to sell, digital marketing.
2- WORKSHOPS WITH ENTREPRENEURS: Masterclass led by prominent regional companies and visits to their companies: Lark, MasyMas, Ale-Hop, Servicolor and Twelve Beauty.
3- TUTORING: SUPPORT AND MENTORING: Personalized mentoring that will allow the monitoring and correct development of the projects and their continuous progress.
4- AID AND SUBSIDIES: Through the ADL office in Ondara, aimed at entrepreneurs and companies with up to 3 years of activity.
