The popular festivals of Sant Jaume in Ondara are one of the most important festivities in the municipality. This 2023, the people of Ondaran will celebrate the party again del 21 al 29 de julio, with more than a week full of events and intense activities that the various committees and party groups, as well as the municipal corporation, have been preparing with enthusiasm all year long.
The Prado building, during all the holidays from 21 to 29, will be open from approximately 21:30 p.m. to 00:30 a.m., to receive those who wish to dine inside.
Friday July 21
- 22: 00 hours:Popular dinners
- 23: 00 hours: Parade by the Xaranga Me'n Fot.
- 00: 00 hours: Party proclamation from the balcony of the town hall by Quintà 2023 L'Ascampà followed by a fireworks display set off by Piroevents by Ricasa. At the end, traditional hanging of the painting of Sant Jaume. Next, entrance of bulls from the Asensi ranch and release of steers from La Hermandad.

Saturday 22 July
- 11: 30 hours: Water park in the Prado.
- 18: 30 hours: Professional pilot game in the Trinquet.
- 19: 15 hours: Entry and release of carretons from Plaça de les Escoles.
- 20: 15 hours: Entrance of the Asensi cattle farm and release of steers from El Cali.

Sunday July 23
- 11: 00 hours: Ribbon race organized by the Ondara Custom Club on General Bosch street.
- 20: 00 hours: Spruce trimmers contest with five bulls from the Vicent Benavent ranch. Tickets for the trimming contest and the Sant Jaumer pack can be purchased at the Casa de la Cultura from July 17 in the morning from 08:30 to 14:30 and in the afternoon from 17:30 to 19 :30 hours.
- 20: 30 hours: Rock & Moll concerts, with a performance by Perversió.
- 22: 00 hours: Popular dinners
- 22: 00 hours: Dance for the Gent Gran in Sant Jaume street with the performance of La Banda de la Abuela, there will be tables and chairs for all attendees who wish to dine in cabasset.
- 23: 30 hours: Humoristic Rally organized by the penya that won the contest in 2022, Penya No Sabem Qui Som (Nsqs). 1st prize €300, 2nd prize €150, Best costume €75

- 20: 15 hours: Entrance of the Salero cattle farm and release of Benavent heifers.
- 20: 30 hours: Rock & Moll concerts, with a performance by Sïana Soul.

- 11: 00 hours: Cau games. 2st day of the Cau Competition in the Prado building.
- 14: 00 hours: Penyes and Quintades lunch in the El Prado building, with a performance by DJ Pep Ortolà. (There will be chairs and tables).
- 19: 00 hours: Parade of Penyes and Quintades from Calle Sant Jaume to the Plaza de Toros with the batucada Ondarattack and the Xaraga Me'n Fot. The youngest quintadas, born between 2016-2023, will gather on Carlos Arniches street at 19:15 p.m.
- 19: 30 hours: Entrance of Penyes and Quintades to the bullring. The order of entry to the bullring will be from the youngest to the oldest, ending with the Quintà 2023 L'Ascampà accompanied by the batucada Ondarattack. Next, the release of heifers for Peñas and quintadas of the Els Coves ranch.
- 20: 30 hours: Rock & Moll concerts, with a performance by BLAT.
- 22: 00 hours: Popular dinners
- 00: 15 hours: Entry and exit of the JV livestock. Machancoses and release of heifers from the La Templanza ranch.
- 00: 30 hours: Verbena. Performance by the Limit orchestra in Sant Jaume street.
- 06: 00 hours: Have lunch at the Casup de la Quintà 2023 L'Ascampà.
Wednesday 26 of July
- 11: 00 hours: Cau games. 3st day of the Cau Competition in the Prado building.
- 11: 30 hours: Water Park around the El Prado building.
- 12: 00 hours: Mass in honor of Santa Anna.
- 13: 00 hours: Visit and donation to the Mare de Déu de la Soledat Residence by the Associació d'Ames de Casa, accompanied by D'Ondara Colla de Dolçaines i Tabals.
- 14: 00 hours: Housewives lunch at the Ramis hotel and party enlivened by DJ Montaner.
- 17: 00 hours: Pilota games in the Trinquet. 2nd day of the Peñas y quintades tournament.
- 19: 15 hours: Entry and release of carretons from Plaça de les Escoles.
- 20: 15 hours: Exhibition of entry of bulls from the Asensi, La Paloma, Els Coves ranches and release of heifers from the MA Mínguez ranch.
