The people from Huelva, María Bas and Mark Dasousa, who give life to the group Nebulossa, have won the final of the Benidorm Fest 2024. A well-deserved title that gives them a direct pass to this year's Eurovision Song Contest. «It is something incredible, a dream. "We are going to come out swinging," declared María Bas when collecting the award.
In recent weeks, Nebulossa had become the favorite to win the contest's Bronze Microphone and with it, the ticket to Malmö, Sweden. Your theme Bitch, a song to women's freedom, has been the most listened to of the entire Benidorm Fest, claiming female empowerment.
It will be with this great song, which has accumulated 1,8 million views on YouTube, with which those from Ondara will fight to win Eurovision on May 11. Spain is part of the Big Five of the festival, so it is absent from fighting in the semifinals of the great musical competition.
How much hypocrisy in the comments here, there are two types of men, those who like slutty women, and those who lie
Not all of us are as coarse and uncouth as you.
Fatal horror (error!)…
Everything is shameful.
The song, the very wrong concept of feminisms and freedoms...
Deplorable spectacle
It's unfortunate that an entire region is associated with such musical/visual trash.
Deplorable values that are praised to hide the lack of culture and education.
Disgusting show of idiots and mediocre pseudo-moderns who drag young people without any conscience.
How well you have defined it. I could write a book. I would buy it...
Excellent description of decadence and the grotesque, would say the great Ramón María. I have my blood roots in Ondara, and I would like to see it represented in a totally different way.
I didn't know you were a Calderé reader.
Do I sing about women's freedom? I understand that the person who spits out this article sees it this way, she will identify with that, thank goodness that the women in my life move away from this new concept of a woman subjected to sex and physical exploitation killing the intellect. The freedom of women, although they may not believe it, is also creating a family (being a fundamental piece in it, not exclusive) and not having to constantly show off your body may be having more freedom than some mentally withdrawn people think.
They now call the aberration modernism. One thing is clear, days after the Eurovision concert this no longer plays again.
God hear you! Everything is even if they give it to us in Mercadona.
To me all this seems very tacky...
I try to see the positive side, trying to appreciate that it is an opportunity for new "talent", but seeing their attitudes and some expressions, my effort is in vain.
Nor does it seem like a tourist attraction or a minimally worthy attraction for the citizens of Benidorm.
I find it regrettable, the decline we are witnessing and the references that the new generations have to look at.
I repeat, a tacky one and a tacky one, from 10.
Like Eurovision.
The “great song” could be from Leticia Sabater
What a piece of garbage, on top of “the ground”.
Eurovision in general is garbage 🤢
