Tomorrow, Saturday February 3, Teulada Moraira and the Vall d'Ebo will be the great protagonists of the Valencian cycling world. Both municipalities of the Marina Alta will stand out in the queen stage of the VCV - Volta a la Comunitat Valenciana Gran Premi Banc Sabadell, being the starting point and the finish line, respectively, of the competition.
Itinerary
In the 4th stage of the VCV, the cyclists will start from the esplanade of the Moraira castle, where the signature control will be located in the previous hours. They will pass through Avda. Madrid, Avda. del Portet and will connect with the Camino Viejo del Portet. From that point, they will take the road towards Teulada until they pass Avda. del Mediterráneo, with the aim of finishing the stage in the town of Vall d'Ebo.

Josep Ivars, Sports Councilor of Teulada Moraira, encourages everyone to participate in this day full of emotions and sport. "They will be able to feel the excitement of seeing their favorite cyclists at the signing check, see all the equipment they carry with them and cheer them on as they head out towards the final stretch of the Volta," he says.
The mayor of Teulada Moraira, Raúl Llobell, expresses his enthusiasm, highlighting the importance of this event for the town and for the world of sports in general: «It is an honor that this sport returns to Teulada Moraira and does so in a big way, being the departure of the 4th stage of the 75 Volta to the Valencian Community. The best cyclists return to the VCV
The best cyclists and teams of the international peloton will once again travel the roads of the three provinces of the Valencian Community. As for names known to the general public, the Russian Aleksandr Vlasov, champion of the VCV 2022, appears as one of the great favorites for the final victory. Regarding national cycling, Pello Bilbao, winner of a stage in the last Tour de France 2023, appears as the best placed to fight for the final victory after his fourth place in the VCV 2023. Finally, another name that appears among the notable is that of the Australian Michael Matthews, who has started the season strong after his recent victory at the Castellón GP.

Seven World Teams, nine Pro Teams and three Continental Teams make up the 75 VCV lineup, the latter being the main novelty of this edition. Teams with squads of younger cyclists who will have in this Volta a la Comunitat Valenciana GP Banco Sabadell a luxury opportunity to measure themselves against the first swords of the international peloton. Classic squads such as the Movistar Team, Bahrain Victorious or UEA Emirates team stand out among the World Teams; while the Spanish teams Kern Pharma, Burgos BH, Caja Rural Seguros and Euskaltel Euskadi lead the Pro Teams peloton.
Regarding the route of this 75 VCV, the presence of mountains in almost all stages stands out, although none of them will have a high finish.
Possibilities, therefore, for a multitude of scenarios on each day. Escapes, attacks from afar by the favorites or total control to guarantee a sprint finish. It will be the teams and the cyclists who decide how to face a demanding route with hard climbs such as the Desert de les Palmes, La Frontera or the fearsome Miserat, the great novelty of this 75 VCV that will be climbed on Saturday, February 3, in the stage reigns between Teulada Moraira and Vall d'Ebo.
