Alicante climbs positions as the favorite destination among teleworkers and digital nomads and Calp cannot be left out on this opportunity to deseasonalize the summer season while generating wealth and entrepreneurship. This is the opinion of the local PSOE, which is preparing a plan to attract those who seek to work from the Alicante coast.
The idea is to turn the city into a space that attracts talent, investment and business opportunities associated with the field of technology, innovation and digital entrepreneurship.
«This is an ambitious challenge and an important collective commitment that seeks, in the first instance, to benefit many young people from Calpe who will not be forced to look for work outside their town and, ultimately, it will mean a general benefit since it will bring wealth and work for our city”, they assume from the formation.
With this Digital Platform, the PSOE has a double objective: to provide help to entrepreneurs from the initial idea to the acceleration phase and establishment of the business and, likewise, to turn Calp into a valued destination for digital nomads, highly qualified people and with high purchasing power who work from anywhere in the world with a good internet connection.
