The Organizing Area Secretariat of the Federal Executive Commission of the Socialist Party headed by Santos Cerdán León has decided to expel Héctor Morales Puigcerver, a member of the Municipal Association of Teulada, from the PSOE, according to the resolution of the Federal Executive Commission, to the that this wording has had access to.
The reason goes back to February of this 2021, when the socialist mayor signed and supported with his vote in the Plenary of the City Council a motion of censure against the mayor for which he did not have the express authorization of the competent organs of the party.
This action is classified in the Federal Executive as a very serious offense by article 89 of this same rule, for which reason the instructor's proposal of ratification of the provisional expulsion is accepted, making it definitive.
As stated by the PSOE, "with this ratification an end is put to a procedure that, having all the guarantees, ends with the loss of his status as a member of the Teuladino councilor and opens the doors to the petition, through judicial mechanisms, the responsibilities that may arise, not only from the immoral attitude towards voters and citizens but from the substantive improvement that the motion meant for the economic condition of the same. "
