Faced with this requirement, Defendamos Calpe criticizes that the PP "only allows those who have experience only in town halls to obtain the maximum score, 6 points. However, for the same experience in the private sector, the candidate would obtain 0 points. This makes it difficult seriously free access to many Calpins".
These bases were initially approved a few months ago and from Defendamos Calpe they presented an allegation to make them fairer and weigh both experiences, private and public, practically the same, "although we still do not know anything or have a response to that allegation", they indicate from this party and he adds that "if they are not definitively approved, since we claim that they should be improved, they should not be used yet".
From Defendamos Calpe they insist that "it is not fair that a concierge with experience in a private company does not have the possibility of obtaining points for experience and a concierge with experience in a public company does. In other words, any concierge who works in Calpe, in apartments or in any private company, you will have very little chance.
Likewise, Defendamos Calpe also criticizes that local municipal workers who have a lot of experience are not defended. It is not fair to limit opportunities for having worked in a private company if they meet the requirements, as in this case occurs in a position as a janitor."
