'Sabors de la Mar' leaves a great mark in the Marina Alta

The 'Flavours of the Sea' days, organized by the Punt Nàutic de Creama and pacte'MA in collaboration with various regional entities, have left an indelible mark on the Marina Alta region. During the months of February and March, this event, held in the 5 coastal municipalities, highlighted the excellence of local maritime products and promoted sustainability in the territory's restaurant sector.

The initiative featured presentations by representatives of the fishing sector and the processing of maritime products, as well as live culinary demonstrations by nationally and internationally recognized chefs, who inspired the participants with their creations using local maritime products.

This is one of the initiatives that Punt Nàutic is carrying out within the promotion of the consumption of local maritime products. This project is executed by Creama, as the technical secretariat of pacte'MA, and is subsidized by Labora and the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy, within the Avalem Territori program of the Generalitat Valenciana.
