The Goya Awards gala last night awarded RobotDreams, the animated film in which the pegolina Mari Carmen Cambrils participates, two awards. Pablo Berger's film won the bobblehead for best animated film and another for best adapted screenplay.

RobotDreams is based on the graphic novel by Sara Varon and tells the story of a dog and a robot in New York in the eighties and how their paths separate on the beach of Coney Island. Cambrils was in charge of animating the main characters of the work, Robot and Dog. The film is also nominated for the Oscars, which will take place on March 10.

The Pego artist was already involved last year in two of the works awarded by the Film Academy Awards. On the one hand, loop, by Pablo Polledri, won for best animated short film, and Unicorn Wars, by Alberto Vázquez, won the Goya for best animated feature film.
