Last weekend, the muixerangues of La Safor and Marina Alta met in Campell, La Vall de Laguar, taking advantage of the Sant Antoni festival. Both groups enlivened the party hours, demonstrating a high technical level.
The Safor colla presented a complete muixeranguer repertoire, highlighting the masterful execution of a Roscana, a Campanar, a Turret and a Pi de cuatro. In addition, they delighted the audience with two impressive cane balls.
For its part, the Marina Alta group, immersed in an ambitious season, presented a total of eight muixerangues, some of them with three heights, like the Senieta. Among the outstanding performances, two bells and an open bell were included, where the entire xicalla present participated.
During the performance rounds, they performed a Roscana, a Remat d'Alta, a Turret and a Pi de four. In this meeting, the Muixeranga of the Marina Alta once again made history in its journey, managing to execute four figures of four heights in the same performance, and the first of the season, predicting a promising year.
At the end of the performance, both groups sealed the event with the Polka d'Ours.
It is an honor to belong to the Muixeranga de la Marina Alta, capable of achieving milestones like last weekend in Campell.
