The Mitjafava Fest in Poble Nou de Benitatxell finalizes its preparations and yesterday the presentation of the popular Tapifaves that will be tasted at the Tapifava Festival. Pobleros, proud of the star product of local gastronomy, can already find out what these delicious preparations will be that will receive them at the event.

Pobleros bars and restaurants continue to innovate with increasingly refined, original and travel dishes. All the recipes have the broad bean as the main ingredient, and all are collected in a recipe book with which restaurateurs share their recipes with the public.
The premises The top, Ca Toni Monica, Beniasia, Bar Mercat, La Trillaora and La Cuina de Xaro presented their bets for the next edition of the festival:

All the Tapifaves They can be tasted at a price of 2 euros per tapa, on Sunday, April 24, at Plaça de les Pesqueres. That day, Benitatxell will become a culinary showcase with good music and an unbeatable atmosphere.
The day will start with a parade by the Santa María Magdalena Music-Municipal Group at 11:00 a.m., but from 10:00 a.m. there will be lunch, bar service and playroom service for the little ones. The Tapifaves They will begin to be served from 11:00 a.m. and will be enlivened by the music of Oller&Guerra.
As the icing on the cake for a long-awaited Mitjafava Fest, at 13:30 p.m. prizes will be awarded to the winners of the homemade wine contest and the “fava més llarga” and “fava de més gallons” contests.
