CREAMA's Passaport Marina Alta project begins a new phase

May 20 from 2022 - 10: 46

In the month of May, a new Passaport Marina Alta annuity has begun, the main objective of which is to structure the territory and deseasonalise tourism. In the previous phase, the tourist information website (www.passaportmarinaalta.org) was built thanks to the collaboration of the key agents in the field of tourism through the Passaport Advisory Committee and the business network through three working groups organized in different areas of the Marina Alta.

The website, through tourist routes-experiences, integrates public resources and activities from all the municipalities of the Marina Alta region, with activities and services offered by companies in the tourism sector.

On March 24, the digital tool was presented to the entire business fabric, explaining the main objectives, the visibility benefits that the project brings to the local economy, and the work carried out to date. The necessary criteria to belong to Passaport and how to join the project were also reported.

For this new phase, the Passaport Marina Alta project, will continue with the collaborative work with the members of the Work Committee: a group of key actors in tourism in the region, representatives of the groups of local development agents, tourism techniques, representatives of the local corporations belonging to PACTE'MA and representatives of trade and business associations, as well as several representatives of the MACMA and CREAMA entities. The members of the Committee, during the work meetings that will be held throughout 2022 and early 2023, will contribute their knowledge of the territory through their advisory and consulting role.

Routes-experiences will continue to be designed that run through all the municipalities of the region, with different themes, that show heritage, culture and traditions, in addition to making visible all the actions of the business fabric, to strengthen a more sustainable tourism model, inclusive, and backbone of the territory.
The experimental project Passaport Marina Alta is included within the PACTE'MA and this in the Avalem Territori program. It is subsidized by LABORA, Valencian Employment and Training Service and by the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy.
