During the meeting in Valencia, the possibility of putting out to tender for both projects was discussed, assuming the risk that the price increase would have to be borne by the City Council. However, so far, no response or solution has been received, according to the Calpine government.
"This stagnation in bureaucratic procedures represents a significant obstacle to educational development in Calp and it is imperative that a solution be found as soon as possible," the statement states.
