The Moors and Christians festival in Moraira is a tradition that the town carries out annually. This 2022, Moraira celebrates its popular Valencian festival again From 6 to June 12 with an extensive program that invites both residents and visitors.

Friday June 3
- 19:30 p.m. — Inauguration Andalusian Medieval Market.
Saturday 4 June
- 12:00h — Concentration of Moors and Christians in the Urban Forest and preparation of the fellowship meal. All enlivened by the Jalón Bataclan brass band.
Lunes de junio 6
- 20:00 p.m. — Concert by the British Choir in the parish of Moraira.
Wednesday June 8
- 20:00 p.m. — Party proclamation. Concert by the Colla El Falçó, the Association of Dolçainers and Tabaleters of Teulada and the Musical Cultural Association of Teulada in Calle Doctor Calatayud. Award ceremony for the drawing contest.
Thursday June 9
- 19:30 p.m. — Concentration of all the rows in the Fortí and parade, accompanied by the Colla El Falçó, the Association of Dolçainers and Tabaleters from Teulada and the Colla La Llebetjà from Poble Nou de Benitatxell to the Esplanade of the Castle.
- 20:00 p.m. — Pennant presentation ceremony on the esplanade of the Castle. At the end, fellowship dinner.
Friday June 10
- 13:00 p.m. — Concentration of all rows in the Fortí and parade with arcabucería.
- 13:30 p.m. — Shot from the arquebus on the Castle Esplanade.
- 19:15 p.m. — Offering of flowers in honor of the Holy Christ of Moraira in the Hermitage of the Castle.
- 22:30 p.m. — Parade of the Moors and Christians all the way to the beach.
- 23:00 p.m. — Conquer Mora at La Ampolla Beach, followed by the Moraira Embassy and Conquest of Moraira Castle. Then night beheadings.
Saturday 11 June
- 08:00h — Wake up general with arquebuses and charanga.
- 11:00 p.m. — Concentration of all rows in the Fortí and parade with pennants.
- 12:00 a.m. — Mass in honor of the Holy Christ in the Moraira Parish and parade.
- 13:30 p.m. — Shot from the arquebus in the Esplanade of the Castle and informal parade of rows.
- 19:30 p.m. — Parade of the Moors and Christians all the way to the beach.
- 20:00 p.m. — Christian Reconquest on the beach of La Ampolla. Assault on Moraira Castle by the Christian Side followed by the Christian Embassy and Reconquest of the Castle.
- 00:00h — Popular Retreat from the Fortí. Then Night of Kabyles with a performance by the La Metro orchestra on Avenida del Portet.
Dominican 12 June
- 08:00 a.m. — Wake up general with arquebuses.
- 12:00 p.m. — Parade with arcabuceria from El Fortí.
- 12:30 p.m. — Shot from the arquebus on the Castle Esplanade.
- 19:00 p.m. — Entrance of Music Bands from the Castle to the Fortí.
- 20:00 p.m. — Grand Gala Parade of the Moorish and Christian bands. At the end of the parade Fireworks display.
