The City Council of Pedreguer approved in the plenary session last Thursday, September 29, a credit modification of a total of 173.979,32 euros that will be invested in various improvements. Among them, the installation of photovoltaic solar panels in the Nau Multifunctional stands out, and in the Espai Cultural with 97.260,92 euros of said modification.
To this end, Pedreguer has been granted a reimbursable aid subsidized at its interest rate combined with a non-refundable subsidy. The modification was approved with the votes in favor of Compromís and the CUP and the abstention of PSOE and the PP.
With it, financing will also be provided for the repair and renovation of the organ of the Santa Creu church, the restoration of the Glorieta fountain, an extra contribution of 18.000 euros to the 2022 festival commission, the acquisition of technical material for the local police and the improvement of the security of the Posmó well.
In addition, a proposal for an individualized situation statement to minimize the territorial impact of isolated single-family homes on undeveloped land was unanimously approved. On the other hand, the initial approval of the municipal ordinance regulating the Mercat dels Pòrxens has also gone ahead, with the vote in favor of Compromís and the CUP and the abstention of the popular and socialists.
Finally, it has been approved urgently, given that this electricity contract ends on October 15, 2022 within the framework of the FEMP Contracting Center, the proposal for Pedreguer City Council to adhere to the electricity supply framework agreement of the contracting center of the Provincial Council of Alicante, with a contractable type of fixed rate of renewable origin, applying the terms of the Framework Agreement, with a total amount of 840.419,22 euros, plus 176.488,04 euros of VAT, and term in duration until September 30, 2024. For this, the Compromís government team voted in favor, while the CUP voted against and popular and socialists abstained.
