The Orba City Council has opened the deadline to request financial aid in order to rehabilitate the facades of the municipality that need it. The bases for the application have already been published.
The aid regulated in these bases is aimed at granting financial aid to finance the improvement expenses in the restoration of exterior facades in residential buildings both multi-family and single-family located in the historic centers of the municipality: Orba or Orbeta.
Their purpose is to help improve the urban image. These actions will be carried out in accordance with the particular ordinances of urban planning areas on urban land.
The renovations that have the application for a building license after January 1 of the year in which the bases are called will be subject to subsidies. Eligible actions must refer to works completed between January 1 and December 31, the year in which the grant announcement is published.
The amount of the subsidy will be computed at a rate of € 6 / m² of facade, with a maximum of € 500 per application.
