Some members of the Ondara City Council visited the facilities of the Espai Jove municipal building yesterday. In this way, they accepted the renovation works for the property. The visit was to carry out a technical inspection of the work.
In this way, the Espai Jove has already received the work, although there are a few weeks before the building can open its doors to the public. The intention of the mayor, José Ramiro, is for the Espai to open within a month, since the telecommunications still need to be installed and the furniture and interior equipment installed.
Espai Jove Building
The Espai Jove consists of 3 floors plus the terrace area. It is a multipurpose building that will adapt to the needs of young people, accessible, integrated into the environment and where there will be information, leisure and training.
The three floors are exterior and the entire building is fully accessible, with a lift and toilets for the disabled. The ground floor has a lobby area, information and offices, among other dependencies.
The first floor will be dedicated to leisure and the second floor will be dedicated to training, with a classroom, computers, an open area for classes and activities. The terrace area will also be adapted to be able to have it for possible activities.
Regarding the exterior image of the Espai Jove, all the exterior openings have been made in different green tones to visually integrate the building into the environment in which it is located, such as the views of Segària or l'Assut. The interior of the property has also been painted green. The Espai Vove also has acoustic insulation.
