The Marina Alta continues with stable coronavirus figures. As indicated this Friday by the Ministry of Health, since last Tuesday only 13 new infections have been registered in the region, an identical number to the previous update.
The Marina Alta reduces active cases to 45, which is why it is placed with a cumulative incidence of 26,37 infections per 100.000 inhabitants, touching the expected new normal.
The negative aspect is that a new positive deceased has been registered in the coronavirus tests. This is a neighbor of Benitatxell, a population that has already added 3 deaths with COVID since the pandemic began. Similarly, the figure for the Marina Alta rises to 210.
The new infections are registered in only 6 of the 33 towns. These are Dénia, which adds 4 infections, Calp, with 3, Xàbia and Teulada, with 2 each, and Benissa and Gata that also register one case.
