They try three young people for beating him and leaving a neighbor of Calp unconscious

The Provincial Court of Alicante will try next week three young people accused of beating a man from Calp. The events occurred in August 2018, when the victim reproached them for the noise they were making and the inconvenience they were causing to the neighborhood of a Calpina block of flats.

With minors involved, the Prosecutor's Office requests sentences of four and a half years for two of the defendants for a crime of injury. On the other hand, the private prosecution filed by the victim also claims that penalty for a third defendant. The victim suffered multiple punches and kicks and even lost two teeth and was left unconscious on the ground after being hit with a motorcycle helmet.
