Two administrators of a company dedicated to the sale of clothing in its stores will be tried by the Provincial Court of Alicante for allegedly defrauding some 236.000 euros from another company that provided them with this merchandise between July and September 2013.
These administrators had various stores open in the region in the towns of Calp, Xàbia, Dénia and Moraira and others in Gandía, Benidorm, El Campello and Valencia. The Prosecutor's Office initially requests a sentence of three and a half years in prison and a fine for each accused for the crime of aggravated fraud.
