This week the vaccination in schools for minors between 5 and 8 years begins

January 12 from 2022 - 11: 41

Starting tomorrow, Thursday, January 13, Health will vaccinate boys and girls from 5 to 8 years old in the various schools in the Valencian Community. This will be the second phase of pediatric vaccination against the coronavirus that includes some 186.088 minors.

The operation, coordinated by the Conselleries of Universal Health and Public Health and Education, Culture and Sports, started last Monday with the request for authorizations to vaccinate and continues this Thursday with the inoculation of the first doses. This second phase of the campaign is expected to remain active until at least next week.

By educational levels, this stage covers infant students who have reached the age of 5 and those of 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade of Primary. In total, it is expected to vaccinate 22.085 students in the province of Castellón, 68.332 in Alicante and 95.671 in Valencia. Of this total, minors will be vaccinated whose families deliver the vaccination authorization to the educational center and who on the day they are to receive the vaccine are not confined, sick or ill, or absent for any other reason.

To cover this phase of the pediatric vaccination campaign, the Valencian Community already has 192.640 doses and will receive 138.000 more in the coming days. In total, 330.640 doses.

Furthermore, in this second stage, also the possibility of being vaccinated will be offered to those who could not do so in the previous phase.

Authorizations

In order to receive the vaccine, the family must fill out, sign and deliver to the school the authorization and the questionnaire on the health of each minor that the center will have sent them. Families have a deadline to complete this process until today, Wednesday, January 12.

Once the authorizations are collected, the management of the educational center coordinates with the medical team that will travel to the school to inoculate the vaccines in order to know precisely the number of doses needed, as well as to organize the operation in advance.

The unit that attends the school is made up of medical, nursing and logistical support staff, and has the appropriate means to deal with possible eventualities.

To preserve the usual groups of coexistence, the process will be carried out during school hours and by educational level. In addition, as in the first phase of the campaign, with the youngest children, a family member is also allowed to access the center at the time of vaccination to accompany them emotionally.

Second dose

The second dose will take place from February, that is, eight weeks after the first to increase the immune response, as established by the National Vaccination Strategy.

For this reason, if a sick child is in isolation on the day of the vaccination or cannot attend the appointment for any other reason, it is planned to provide them with new opportunities, as has been done with adults.

On the other hand, those who turn 12 years old between the first and the second dose will receive the first dose of the pediatric vaccine and the second adult dose (the one recommended from the age of 12) with the established period of eight weeks for the second. dose.

We are going to see the vaccines given to children are pediatric vaccines, much milder than for adults.
The vaccines that are also given at birth are to protect them from diseases, for example poliomyelitis and other very serious ones.
    I'm sick of deniers.
They should make you pay the medical expenses of ICU and Hospitals, when you get infected..
Because on top of that I have to pay for it with my taxes.
You have no right to infect people.
Nor should they let you go to work if you are not vaccinated. You cannot be infecting your co-workers.
Your freedom ends when the decision not to vaccinate can seriously affect me and my family.
    !! You are unsupportive !!
That people are dying every day!!
Because of people like you, the pandemic is not over yet

This is a Verbrechen.

This is a crime. Vaccinating small children, who still have a hopefully long life to live, with a liquid with emergency approval only is a case of criminal negligence. The children are not under emergency, and will be the main victims of long-term side effects of which we still know nothing. All these teachers, nurses, doctors and volunteers will be held to account.

Exposing children to totally unknown risk for the rest of their lives to protect the elders is nonsense. It has been shown that they are not significant vectors of transmission and if they do not have serious comorbidities, the risk for them tends to be zero. I would encourage parents to think very carefully before making the decision. Once the serum is applied, it cannot be undone. Wouldn't it be better to wait at least a month or two before deciding? Perhaps in a short time we will be 'living with the virus' without the need for 'vaccines' and the risk they imply.
