The GPP deputies visited Pego today where they held a working meeting with spokespersons and mayors of the Marina Alta region and in which they announced that the Consell de Mazón will invest more than 14 million euros in the region this year.

The working meeting was attended by the GPP deputies, Joserra González de Zárate, Noelia Císcar, Javier Gutiérrez and Nando Pastor, who have been listening to the main needs of the municipalities and have explained that the budgets for change are based on two major premises « the reduction of taxes and a great commitment to social policies. They are budgets designed to be executed. The stage of big announcements and little execution is over, just as it happened in Puig's 8 years," said González de Zárate.

Thus, he highlighted that "improving primary care and implementing the Mental Health Plan is a priority of the Consell de Mazón. "The time has come for management and to work to improve the lives of citizens."

In this sense, the popular deputy has announced that "this is going to be the legislature of the Gandia-Dènia tram, as President Carlos Mazón has announced. It is only fair that this historic and necessary demand now begins to be a reality. "No more waiting and delays."

For her part, deputy Noelia Císcar has announced that "more than 8 million euros will be allocated to improve the educational infrastructure of the region. "This investment is real and adjusted to the main needs of the region."
