The nationwide operation Theboss, executed by the Civil Guard, has managed to dismantle a criminal organization dedicated to the cultivation and trafficking of marijuana. The group dedicated to the production of the substance operated in several luxurious villas in urbanizations of Calp. The operation has resulted in the arrest of all the members of the gang, seven people in total, and decreeing prison for six of them, including the ringleader.

A few months ago, during the first phase and given the suspicions of the agents of the Calpe Investigation Area of ​​the possible commission of criminal acts by the perpetrators, the investigations began, managing to reveal the locations where they carried out the criminal activity. .

The agents managed to identify all the members of the gang, determining the roles that each one of them was playing, all necessary for the final execution of the crime, and discovering that they were accountable to the head of the organization, thus demonstrating the specialization of the group. .

On March 23, the final phase began. Once the necessary evidence and evidence have been collected, and having requested the Investigative Court number 3 of Dénia The entry and registration of the 7 homes, all of them luxury chalets in different developments in the town of Calp, was carried out.

As a result of these actions, seven people, between 30 and 61 years of age and foreign nationals, were arrested. In addition, the seizure of 1.600 marijuana plants, 20 kilograms of buds, dry and packaged, ready to be transported, 60.000 euros in cash and 5 high-end vehicles, including a Ferrari valued at more than 150.000, were carried out. euro.

The detainees are charged with the crimes of drug trafficking, electricity fraud and belonging to a criminal organization. All of them have been made available to the Investigating Court No. 3 of Dénia, decreed the entry into prison and without bail for six of the seven detainees, including the leader.

It should be noted that the detainees had police records in their countries of origin and that this organization would have been committing these acts for more than two years, which would have meant a benefit of more than one million euros, thus implying the dismantling of one of the networks criminals dedicated to marijuana trafficking most active in the Valencian Community.
