The Calp City Council has published the tender for two contracts with a total value of 353.725 euros on the State contracting platform. On the one hand, it involves the contracting of the supply of street furniture with three different lots (public roads, parks and gardens, and an urban gym) with a total price of €200.860 and, on the other hand, the contracting of the supply of lampposts and other decoration elements. with three different lots (columns and lights, decoration and educational radars) for a total value of €152.865. The deadline for submitting bids for the six lots ends on March 24.
In the contract for the supply of street furniture, lot 1 includes various types of litter bins, benches, planters of different sizes and characteristics, and pots. As for the lighting contract, lot 1 includes 38 columns, 16 luminaires, 68 lampposts, 8 LED sets, 4 conical luminaires, 10 projectors with marine treatment for walkways and 20 elements for public roads. Lot 2 consists of decorative lighting elements such as garlands, led curtains or connectors and Lot 3 refers to 6 educational radar units, such as the three already installed on Ejércitos Españoles, Juan Carlos I and Diputación avenues.
This is intended to renew the urban image of the municipality, replace deteriorated material and modernize some aspects of street furniture.
