Calp City Council once again offers a free mediation service for resolving conflicts between neighbors. Last year it was launched for the first time -from September to December 2022- through a grant from the Department of Justice and it was offered by the Illustrious College of Lawyers of Alicante (ICALI).
Now it will be provided by the company Dam Abogados, the winner of the new service which, once again, will be financed through a subsidy from the Generalitat Valenciana.
It will be provided in Calp on Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. to 13:30 p.m. in the Justice of the Peace by appointment via email cmorato@ajcalp.es or by phone 661981646.
Mediation is an alternative way to dispute resolution that allows the parties in conflict to reach their own agreements without judicial intervention and with the help of a professional mediator.
