The VI National Easter Week Poster Contest Calp 2023 is already underway and begins its journey with the call for it. This has been made known by the Calpina Culture Department with the aim of promoting the dissemination of one of the most important festivals in the municipality. The winning poster will become the announcing and representative image of Holy Week in Calp 2023, nationally and internationally.
Poster and award requirements
The poster must portray Calpina's Holy Week, through its brotherhoods, the religious images that represent each one of them, the processions or any other representative element of the celebrations. In addition, it must include the legend "Lent and Holy Week, Calp 2023".
Artists of any nationality with a valid residence permit in Spain may participate in the contest. They may present a maximum of three works that must be original and unpublished in digital format (pdf), in vertical size 50x70 cm with a resolution of 72 pixels and a maximum weight of 40 MB.
The jury will value the originality, the graphic quality and the advertising and informative effectiveness of the poster. The winning work will get a prize of 1.500 euros.
Registrations
Registrations will be made online, therefore, it is essential to have a digital signature certificate. The registration form for the competition "SUB16: Request for Competition Registration" must be completed in the Electronic Headquarters of the Calp City Council.
Interested persons may register until 14:00 p.m. on January 9, 2023.
