The Calpe Gymnastics Club has managed to stand out in three important events this weekend, achieving important victories and trophies in each of them.
On Saturday, the club moved to Alcoi to participate in the provincial phase of the base cup for teams, where their teams demonstrated their skill and ability. The results obtained were magnificent, managing to qualify for the regional phase. The Benjamin team won the title of Provincial Champions, demonstrating great teamwork and quality in their presentation. The gymnasts Victoria Ureche, Olga Zyablova, Liza Voloshina, Aprelia Kolobneva and Ariana Yakubovska were in charge of leading the team to the top.
On the other hand, the Children's team was not far behind and obtained the provincial runner-up, demonstrating its quality in the competition. The gymnasts Lorena Romanesi, Ruth Ivars, Ami Bennett, Bella Merva and Sofía Santos were responsible for achieving this achievement.
On Sunday, the club traveled to Campello to participate in the provincial individual base, managing to qualify all its gymnasts for the regional phase with very good results. Gymnasts Aprelia Kolobneva and Liza Voloshina placed first and third, respectively, in the Pre-Benjamin category. While Olga Zyablova and Victoria Ureche achieved the title of champions and sixth position in the category of youngest category.
In the juvenile category, the gymnast Lorena Romanesi won the title of provincial champion, while Ami Bennett achieved third place in the children's category. Finally, in the cadet category, Elia Mengual achieved the provincial victory.
