They rescue an injured young man from the Sierra de Bernia after falling from about 7 meters

The helicopter of the Alicante Firefighters Consortium and the mountain rescue group went to the Sierra de Bernia, in the municipality of Benissa, around 12:30 p.m. to rescue a 24-year-old man.

Apparently, and according to reports from the Fire Department, the young man was doing the Bernia forat route when he slips and falls down the slope from a height of between 6 and 7 meters.

The boy suffers polytrauma from the fall and is taken by helicopter to the Dénia park for transfer to the regional hospital.
