The young Ferran Giró (Gata de Gorgos) is proclaimed regional pool champion of the Valencian Community

The young billiards player Ferran Giró, a native of Gata de Gorgos, has recently won the Regional Billiards Championship of the Valencian Community in the Junior category. Specifically in the 8 Ball modality, whose match was held last weekend in Dénia.

This has been the third consecutive year in which Giró has received recognition thanks to his effort and dedication after four years since he started in the sport. He now concentrates his forces on the Spanish Championships that will take place in July 2023 in Galicia.
