Among the points discussed is the Analysis of satisfaction of the users of the beaches in the 2021 season, a document that collects the complaints and suggestions received about the management of the beaches and also analyzes the results of the satisfaction survey of the users of beaches.

Throughout the bathing season, 45 complaints were received, including 13 about the poor condition of the footbaths, 7 about the excess of sunbeds and umbrellas, 4 about complaints about the existence of cigarette butts, 5 about the lack of capacity control, 3 about nautical activities outside the beacon area, 2 due to noise from other users and the rest refers to very diverse issues such as the shore reserve, few playgrounds, crowds, about the informants, suggestion of implementing smoke-free beaches, etc.

As for the survey, it is the first time that it has been carried out and it was disseminated at the beginning of the season through posters with a QR code at the entrances to the beaches. Usually
Calp's beaches receive a score of 4 (good) between a rating of 1 (very bad) and 5 (very good). The services most valued by users have been assisted bathing, lifeguards, informants, nautical activities and the rental service of sunbeds and umbrellas that receive a rating of 5. The cleanliness of the beaches receives a rating of 4 (good ).

Although they approve the assessment, the worst rated services are public toilets (3 points, adequate) due to their scarcity and the operation of footbaths (3 points, adequate). The number of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach is also valued as excessive.

Among the 467 questioned, 42'6 enjoyed the Arenal-Bol beach and 41'9 enjoyed the Fossa beach, followed by the Cantal Roig beach, Cala Calalaga, Cala Racó and Puerto Blanco beach.

At the meeting of the Beach Management Body, the mayor, Ana Sala, pointed out that the priority for the next summer season is focused on renewing the infrastructure of the footbaths to improve the service and studying the possibility of expanding the public toilets on the beaches.
