AEMET reactivates the yellow alert in the Marina Alta for the weekend
After the truce on Thursday, the Marina Alta is again on edge thinking about what will happen this weekend with a sky in which the gray does not disappear. The State Meteorological Agency activated again yesterday the yellow alert in the region for next Saturday, March 26 and today it has been extended until Sunday at approximately 09:00.
However, it will be from noon today, Friday, when the widespread rains can return. Above all, indoors, as specified by the Climatology Laboratory of the Universitat d'Alacant. In Parcent, for example, the predictions anticipate 100% precipitation for today and tomorrow.
For its part, Dénia shows less chance during today's session, but, due to the yellow alert, the map in the region is dressed in clouds again, especially in the afternoon.
On Sunday the warning disappears completely and, according to the forecast map the sun might come back sometime, though not throughout the day. The Climatology Laboratory, for its part, agrees with this data, and points out that on the last day of the week the situation "will improve."
