After a period of forced unemployment due to the health pandemic suffered, the Citizen Forum for Employment in La Marina Alta is reactivated and reaches its 5th edition with the aim of adding citizen participation in the definition of strategies for sustainable development of our region.
Creama and Pacte'MA summon all the citizens of the region to talk and debate about the current needs and the path to follow in terms of sustainability and intelligent development in La Marina Alta.

On this occasion, there will be the participation of 2 speakers, Elena Galante, consultant at the Chair of Social Responsibility at the University of Alicante, and Álvaro de Juanes Rodríguez, data analyst and statistician at the Smart & City company, who will explain in detail how we can undertake actions in our environment aligned with the SDGs and the 2030 Agenda and, above all, how to measure their impact and evolution, both from companies and from local governments and citizens themselves.

During the day, the different actions that are being carried out in terms of sustainability from the projects promoted by pacte'MA and Creama will also be made visible: from the "Observatori Marina Alta", a web tool with infinite socioeconomic data of the region and its municipalities; from the "Xarxa Agrícola", a project focused on revaluing the agricultural sector by promoting the entrepreneurial spirit; from the "Punt Nàutic", whose purpose is focused on recovering the fishing sector and contributing to generating more sustainable employment and economic activity in the nautical sector; and "Passaport Marina Alta", with a more sustainable roadmap for the regional tourism sector.

The duration of the Forum is estimated at 1 hour and is divided into two sections, a first and brief exposition of the theme Sustainability and application in the territory by the speakers, to then start the debate with the attendees in order to collect demands and needs and establish new strategic lines to follow in the future for the sustainable development of our territory.

Bearing in mind the philosophy with which this Forum was born, from Creama they insist on the importance of citizen participation in all local and regional actions, since citizens are a key actor in our development and acting with their backs to it would be a mistake. .

As it is a space with limited capacity, prior registration is necessary to be able to attend, through use this form or by sending a email.
