In just under a month the Circuit A Peu Marina Alta returns after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic. The first stop will be, as usual, Xàbia on February 27 and will end on June 4 in Benissa.

A total of 12 races of 10km each that will be held in the region.

This Saturday, January 29, registration will open through www.somesport.com at 10:00 a.m. Runners who registered in 2020 automatically maintain their registration. The only thing that will change is the bib number.

The registrations that were processed by athletics clubs will be the power of the club, while those who registered in 2020 and do not want or cannot run, may transfer their number.

  1. Juan Escriva Canet says:

I have been running the marina for 15 years, alone. This year I run it with my wife with all the enthusiasm in the world. Today, four days after crossing the finish line and having achieved the proposed objective with my wife, I received the unpleasant news that I am disqualified. This, gentlemen, is very disrespectful to me. unfortunate for the mere fact of crossing the finish line and not having the bib number visible to the finish line camera (because it was visible only from the side and not from the front). If it were not for the illusion of my wife, my relationship with you would end. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED 15 years running and ending up like this is very sad without having done anything illegal and reporting it four days later. Having the chip and the current technology we have to cross the finish line with the care that the Pathetic number has not been raised.
Please respect the runners, both veterans and novices. In my case, I've been wearing the race number this way for ten years. I find it very sad and embarrassing the way you are acting. I say goodbye with great regret to what I thought was my second family and seriously regretting not running the marina anymore.
