Nature gives away images and liberating sensations that are worth feeling often. It is something essential to connect or, rather, disconnect from the mundane noise of devices, bustle and vehicles that accompanies us from dawn until dusk.
One of those places that transports you to another astral plane and takes you away from all the stress of the routine is very close. The Marina Alta is home to landscapes and remote places to get lost in, but today the protagonist is one in particular.
Les Vall de la Marina Alta gain a foothold in the national press through the newspaper El País and one of his travel journalists, Paco Nadal. Treated by the communicator as a "fascinating place", Nadal highlights them in an article about hidden places in each autonomous community and that are worth visiting.
The journalist chooses them among all the towns, cities and places that the Valencian Community is home to and extols them as a "hidden jewel" that does not receive as much attention as it is overshadowed by the most typical and crowded places.
According to his narration, Nadal discovers "the three valleys of the Marina Alta: Gallinera, Alcalà and Ebo" separating from the coast, "where years of uncontrolled development have left a wall of apartments and chalets." Thus, he describes his journey from the coast to the interior of the region as a journey through time, having to go through a kind of "tunnel".
A journey that subjects the traveler to delve into the most typical historical landscape of Alicante, dressed in "orchards and azarbes, almunias and ditches, white villages with cool alleyways, palm groves and bell towers that stand out on the adobe roofs of the Moorish houses". A definition that can well illustrate the visitor who has never breathed the essence of the region into his lungs.
