The great days of the Fallas have arrived and after the laborious day of the plant, the Fallas towns of the Marina Alta already show off their monuments in the indicated places. The 15 fallas that the region hosts this year have worked tirelessly to successfully kick off their festivities in a big way.
Some peculiarities surround the festival this year, such as the only failure of Calp, the Calp Vell has decided not to celebrate the festivities due to internal reorganization issues. Or that the Falla Plaça i Natzaré de Pego has had to plant its monument in the Plaça de l'Ajuntament, far from its usual site. Also in Pamis, last night they were still carrying out the works of the plant which, according to its members, "is practically not finished until the day before it is burned."
Be that as it may, the Fallas towns already have their monuments in the streets for everyone to visit. And this has been the result of the fifteen failures of the Marina Alta this 2023:
