The Xaló Town Council has reported on the current state of the Gorgos River as it passes through the municipality and both this and the various ravines continue to have a high level of flow. In addition, an important rockfall prevents the passage through the Murtes area on the way to Bèrnia.
For this reason, the necessary machinery to open the passage is already on the way, according to the town hall information. Despite this, the authorities ask for great caution and, if it is not essential, that vehicles do not circulate.
The streets currently closed are Murta, Passula, Tarafa and Riurau street, which crosses the river.
