Starting today, Monday, April 26, the Valencian Community enters a new stage of de-escalation. The Region is one of the best areas in Europe by accumulated incidence and therefore, as of today, as President Ximo Puig advanced last Thursday, the hotel industry and non-essential commerce will be able to open until 22pm. Of course, the curfew is maintained from 22 p.m. to 6 a.m. and the perimeter closure of the entire Community is still in force.
Hospitality
Opening is allowed until 22pm. And the capacity inside the premises is maintained at 30% and 100% on the terraces. The occupation of tables will be up to 6 people maximum. The distance between tables will be 2 meters indoors and 1,5 meters on the terraces.
Social or family gatherings
Social gatherings in public spaces, both outdoors and indoors, may not form groups of more than 6 people, except in the case of cohabitants.
In private spaces, such as homes, meetings of a maximum of two coexistence groups are allowed.
Cultural activities and events
The capacity for concerts, theater and other cultural activities from today increases from 50% to 75%. For its part, the ceremonies may be held with a maximum capacity of 50%.
Any other type of event can be held indoors with a maximum capacity of 75% (maximum 500 people) and outdoors with a maximum of 75% (1.000 people).
Wakes and burials
Wakes may be held with a maximum capacity of 50% and a limit of 50 people in outdoor spaces and 25 in closed spaces.
Non-essential trade
Non-essential trade from today may open until curfew time, at 22pm.
This new relaxation of the restrictions will be in force until May 9, the day on which the state of alarm that the Government began in October 2020 also ends and which will mean the end of the curfew and the perimeter closures.
