El Municipality of Teulada has implemented new measures to regulate parking in the municipality, with the aim of preventing the widespread use of public parking lots and private lots by large vehicles.
The restrictions, announced last February, are now in effect in the various municipal parking lots in Teulada Moraira. Among the main measures adopted is the installation of clearance controls at the entrances to the parking lots, limiting the maximum access height to vehicles under 2,20 meters.
The mayor of Teulada Moraira, Raul Llobell, has pointed out that "with the installation of clearance controls, we have achieved proper use of municipal parking, prioritizing proper coexistence between citizens and vehicles, while also controlling possible illegal dumping."
The council emphasizes that this initiative is part of its commitment to order and sustainability in Teulada Moraira, ensuring that public spaces are used responsibly and promoting more efficient mobility in the municipality.
