In the last ten years, being Municipal Atlas of the social contribution of tourism in Spain, released this Tuesday by the Alliance for Tourism Excellence (Exceltur), positions Teulada Moraira among the 100 most tourist destinations nationwide.

The local Councilor for Tourism, Susanne Katzgrau, has highlighted the important role of the tourism sector, essential for the local economy and representative on a large scale, "an award that rewards and recognizes the excellence of our services and the notoriety of Teulada Moraira, both nationally and internationally.
For his part, the mayor of Teulada Moraira, Raúl Llobell, thanked the great work carried out by all the people who are represented in this recognition, "from hotel companies, accommodation and tourist leisure services, to the Department of Tourism of the administration, who make it possible to carry out promotion strategies and constant development in Teulada Moraira".
