The platform of mayors of the Marina Alta de Compromís and independent parties, Som Marina Alta, has announced that is analyzing the content of the agreed amendments between the government and the deputy of the party itself in Congress, Joan Baldoví. These amendments deal with the Drafting of projects for the train that will link La Safor with the Marina Alta.
To this end, Som Marina Alta is holding conversations with various deputies of Congress. The president of the platform, Joan Costa, lamented: «We are studying the situation but we have already announced that we see it as insufficient, we have been writing projects and making commissions for 20 years. It is true that there is a budget item unlike what happened with the PP, but it is very small and the project at a technical level is parked in the offices.
Finally, the association maintains its intention to prepare a report that updates the real situation of the project, with the purpose of informing citizens. After that, Som Marina Alta will organize the actions it considers pertinent after "this first informative step."
