The Councillor for Social Services of the Ondara Town Council, Raquel Mengual, has announced that Ondara is collaborating with the Somos Solidarios Acción Social Association, Solidaris.es, in the campaign 'Together we prepare the best Christmas: A gift for every boy and girl in Valencia.'
In order to ensure that no child affected by DANA is left without a toy as a gift this Christmas, citizens are encouraged to bring their toys to the Casa de Cultura de Ondara until December 20, during its opening hours.
They must be new (unused) toys, in their original box or tag, and must not be gift wrapped, although you can add a postcard or letter for the recipient.
The Department of Social Services has expressed its thanks in advance for the solidarity of citizens and has encouraged the population to participate in this action so that no child is left without a toy this Christmas.
