One more year, the Generalitat Valenciana has presented the Internal Housing Reform Plan - Renhata 2022 through which the Consell will allocate up to 9 million euros more for the rehabilitation of homes and "improve people's quality of life", according to said the president, Ximo Puig.
It should be noted that since the Renhata Plan was launched in 2017, the Generalitat has granted 21 million euros to the rehabilitation and reform of homes, which has benefited more than 5.000 families.
The call for these aids is intended to promote employment in the construction sector, as well as to adapt homes. And it is that with the Plan of interior reform of houses a subsidy is provided to owners or tenants, to improve the conditions of habitability: quality, sustainability, accessibility, etc.
How much help and until when can I request it?
All the aid will have a value maximum of 6.000 euros and they must be aimed at improving the quality, sustainability, accessibility and habitability of housing.
La filing can be done until April's 13, and it will be carried out electronically using the form available at the electronic headquarters of the Generalitat corresponding to this procedure.
The procedure for granting these grants will be competitive bidding and any person who is the owner, usufructuary or tenant of a home may benefit. The works must have started as of January 1, 2021 and must be completed after May 24, 2021.
