La Fair and Festivities of Pego returns to the municipality to concentrate, as usual, the patron saint festivities in honor of Ecce Hommo, Sant Cristòfol and the popular Moors and Christians festivities. This 2023 the festivities will take place from June 15 to 25. For this, the commissions and authorities have prepared a long program that will cover two consecutive weekends full of activities and events.
Thursday June 15
- 20: 00 hours: Concert of the Rondalla and Choir of the CEAM. CEAM building.
Friday June 16
- XLIX Pego Shooting and Drag Contest in the Camí de Sant Antoni.
- 20: 00 hours: Presentation of the book The bes of l'aigua by Elvira Cambrils. Plaza Maria Cambrils.
- 20: 30 hours: Inauguration of the photographic exhibition 50th Anniversary Center Excursionista Pego. Courtyard of the House of Culture.
- 21: 30 hours: Night of the Major Dinner and dance on Paseo Cervantes, next to the Font de les Nimfes. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
Saturday 17 June
- XLIX Pego Shooting and Drag Contest in the Camí de Sant Antoni.
- 20: 00 hours: 12 hours running DORSAL 19.
- 20: 30 hours: The School Sings, Concert by the Pego Music Band and the students of the Carolina Sala and Ambra educational centers. Stairs of the Paseo Cervantes.
- 21: 00 hours: Concert of the Orfeón de Pego in the Church of the Assumption.
- 21: 00 hours: Paellas of the Society of Hunters. Calvari Vell Street.
- 23: 00 hours: Rock night at the Multiactividades venue with the bands: Trilogy, Esther, Auxili and El Blarse & Skullboy.

Festivities in honor of Sant Cristòfol
- XLIX Pego Shooting and Drag Contest. Camí de Sant Antoni.
- 08: 30 hours: Awake.
- 11: 00 hours: in honor of Sant Cristòfol in the church of the Assumption. Next, parade of vehicles. Concentration in Paseo Michel. Itinerary: C. Dènia, Avda. de Fontilles, C. Sant Rafel, C. Sant Carles, C. Sant Marc, C. Sant Joan, C. Pere Sala, Paseo Cervantes, Pla de la Font and C. Sant Agustí. Vehicles will be blessed on calle Sant Agustí.
- 20: 30 hours: Music on the promenade, Pep Gimeno El Botifarra, next to the Font de les Nimfes, Paseo Cervantes.
Thursday June 22
- Of 09: 30 13 to: 30 hours: Game of Pilota de Xiquets in Camilo Pérez Pastor street. There may be last minute variations.
- Of 09: 30 13 to: 30 hours: 3x3 Basketball. Ausias March Pavilion.
- Of 10: 00 13 to: 00 hours: School chess in l'Infojove.
- 12:00 hours: Informal cercavila through the streets of the town to the festive headquarters of the Filà Almogàvers, Captaincy 2023.
- 19: 00 hours: Beginning of "Les Voltetes" to the rhythm of the festive pasodoble to finish at the foot of the castle. Itinerary: C. Llavador, C. Sant Agustí, Pla de la Font up to the castle.
- 21: 00 hours: At the end of "Les Voltetes", all the participating musicians will perform a Christian March and a Moorish March.
- 00: 00 hours: Dance and Verbena in Plaza Maria Cambrils with the performance of the "La Pato" Orchestra.

- 23: 00 hours: Mobile Disco Macro in the Multi-Activities Venue.

- 19: 00 hours: Entrance of Moors and Christians. Itinerary: Sant Rafel, Plaza del Mercado, Major, Plaza del Ayuntamiento, Sant Agustí, Pla de la Font, Paseo Cervantes (right side), up to Ausiàs March. The order of entry will be: Clarines and Drums, Bando Cristiano, Captain Cristiano, Clarines and Drums, Embajador Moro and Bando Moro.
- 00: 00 hours: Moors and Christians Ball at the Cervantes Municipal Sports Center. Face to face with the Scream and Dr. Jekyll orchestras.
Dominican 25 June
- 11: 30 hours: Informal cercaviles through the town and popular lunch on the Paseo, in front of the Font de les Nimfes.
- 19:00 hours: Entrance of Moors and Cristians Jove. Itinerary: Market Square, Major, Town Hall Square, Sant Agustí, Pla de la Font, Paseo Cervantes (right side), up to Ausiàs March. Entry order: The four giants of the Vila, Filà de Pastorets, Filà de la Soldadesca, Filà de Contrabandistes, Christian Band in the same order as the Entrance, Moorish Band in the same order as the Entrance.
Lunes de junio 26
- 10: 00 hours: Day of the xiquets. Multi-adventure activities on Paseo Cervantes.
- 20: 00 hours: Parade of the Band of Bugles and Drums of the Ecce-Homo Brotherhood, from the Hermitage of Sant Josep to the Ecce-Homo Chapel.
- 20: 30 hours: Concert by the Bugle and Drum Band of the Ecce-Homo Brotherhood in the Ecce-Homo square.
Tuesday June 27
- Of 09: 00 13 to: 00 hours: Exhibition of the image of Ecce-Homo in the Chapel.
- 10: 00 hours: Day of the xiquets. Water activities on Paseo Cervantes.
- 19: 00 hours: Official Valencian pilota game. Pere Sala Street.
- 19: 30 hours: Solemn eves of Ecce-Homo in his chapel. Next, transfer of the image to the church of the Assumption. Itinerary: Capitán Cendra, Sant Jaume, Sant Agustí, Mayorazgo Cendra, Town Hall Square and church.
- 20: 00 hours: Clandestine party concert. Hermitage of Sant Josep.
- 23: 00 hours: Mobile Disco Macro in the Multi-Activities Venue.
- 23: 45 hours: Nit del foc in the courtyard of the Ambra school.

Festivities in honor of Santíssim Ecce-Homo
- 11: 30 hours: Solemn mass celebrated by the priests of Pego.
- 13: 00 hours: At the end of the mass, aerial mascletà in the Town Hall square.
- 19: 00 hours: Traditional distribution of the murta. Itinerary: departure from the church, Plaza del Ayuntamiento, Mayorazgo Cendra, Ramon y Cajal, Camilo Pérez Pastor, Mar, Jaume I, Major, Plaza del Ayuntamiento, Ecce-Homo, ending in the chapel.
- 21: 00 hours: Solemn procession of the Day of Blood. At the end of the procession, fireworks in honor of our patron.
