Next week the trial begins against a man accused of assaulting another causing facial trauma. The events took place on July 30, 2017 in Calp.
The defendant along with another unidentified person went in search of the victim who had had an incident with her boyfriend shortly before in a Calp nightclub. When he located him, he began to beat him until he caused a facial trauma and the loss of three teeth, among other injuries.
The Prosecutor's Office requests a sentence of five years in prison for a crime of injury.
