This year, the Department of Employment of the Pedreguer City Council, through the Creama Local Development Agency, has managed and obtained the granting of aid from the Generalitat Valenciana – Labora Servicio Valenciano
Employment and Training for a total of 35.711,40 euros, which will be used to hire two people within the EMPUJU and EXPLUS programs. In this amount are added the 26.133,86 euros provided by the City Council.
As part of the EMPUJU program, an administrative technician has been hired for one year to support the Pedreguer City Council Secretariat department, through a grant of €20.519,40 for the full-time temporary hiring of unemployed people under 30 years of age who They are registered as job seekers in the Labora spaces of the Generalitat and as beneficiaries in the file of the National Guarantee System.
Youth, within the framework of the Youth Employment Operational Program of the European Social Fund 2014-2020 of the Valencian Community.
And with the EXPLUS program, which is intended for the hiring of unemployed people of at least 30 years of age by local entities of the Valencian Community (Avalem Experiència Plus), which can be financed by the European Social Fund under the ESF 2021 Operational Program- 2027 of the Valencian Community, 15.192 euros have been received and a construction worker has been hired who will support the municipal brigade in charge of maintaining municipal buildings for 12 months.
Both one and the other began to work last Thursday, after formalizing the contract with the mayor of Pedreguer, Sergi Ferrús Peris.
