On the occasion of Mental Health Month, AMADEM has organized a series of activities to raise awareness about the importance of mental well-being in the Marina Alta. The events began on September 29 with the screening of the documentary Dreamers at the House of Culture Dénia.
Among the activities planned for October, the following stand out: the opening of an exhibition on the 10th for World Mental Health Day, the 'Gata al Carrer' fair on the 12th and 13th, and dynamics at the IES Ondara on the 14th, 15th and 16th. On the 23rd, the play will be presented No to Stigma, aimed at students at IES Ondara, and a solidarity march will be held on October 27. In addition, on the 29th there will be a talk on mental health at the Falla París Pedrera (Dénia).
In November, the events will continue with the Dénia Association Fair on the 9th and a charity dinner on the 16th at 21:00 p.m.
Through these activities, AMADEM seeks to promote greater awareness of mental health among the region's population.
